The webinar aims at presenting CCSA’s latest position paper on low-carbon products. The paper outlines a pathway toward a harmonised EU framework for low-carbon products, including common definitions, lifecycle carbon footprint methodologies, and enhanced alignment with existing regulatory tools such as the EU ETS, CBAM, and the sustainable finance taxonomy. We will also explore proposals for a comprehensive EU low-carbon product strategy, and the role of green public procurement.
