Doosan Babcock is a global company with offices and locations across all the major energy markets. Today we are proud of the fact that we are the last remaining steam generation OEM (original equipment manufacturer) in the United Kingdom. By continuing to invest in our people and our technology, we intend to be the preferred supplier for our global customers for another hundred years. We recognise the benefits of supercritical steam and created the technology to make 'clean coal' power generation possible. Ever since we have been providing highly efficient ways of generating steam from a variety of fuels and have applied this expertise to coal fired power generation in particular. We have developed a number of solutions for the coal fired power generation market that allow us to produce steam reliably, safely and efficiently both for our customers and the environment. As a member of the CCSA, we are passionate about the development of carbon abated technology and believe that carbon capture and storage is the future of the coal-fired power industry.
