CCSA Approach to Data Centre Decarbonisation

Meeting Agenda

Kick-off member discussion meeting concerning the CCSA’s approach to Data Centre Decarbonisation. This meeting will include:

• Discussing emerging policy approaches to data centre decarbonisation, exploring the potential role of CCS-enabled power and other CCUS infrastructure in supporting the growth of low-carbon digital infrastructure, and agreeing priority next steps for CCSA advocacy.
• Reviewing preliminary data centre analysis being developed for the CCSA’s Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) submission, including initial assumptions, key findings and areas where further member input is sought.
• Discussing the CCSA’s proposed work programme on data centres, including near-term engagement opportunities with government and industry stakeholders and priorities for future policy development.

 

Please note this will be a hybrid meeting, taking place at the CCSA London Office (6th floor, Heron House, 10 Dean Farrar St, London, SW1H 0DX) AND online via Teams. In-person attendance is preferred, where possible.
