ENGIE is a major player in the energy transition, whose purpose is to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy. They are building a flexible, market-driven CO₂ aggregation service, connecting multiple emitters to storage sites and industrial users to streamline operations. ENGIE joins the CCSA to contribute to the development of CCUS as a key decarbonisation solution.

ENGIE is currently developing in France:
• Three CO2 transport and terminalling projects, namely DKHARBO (Natran), GOCO2 (Natran & Elengy) and Rhône CO2 (Elengy), and
• Few capturing projects of biogenic CO2 at smaller biogas plants
Plus a CO2 capture & blue hydrogen project in the port of Ghent (H2BE).
