Headquartered in Belgium, Fluxys is a fully independent energy infrastructure group with more than 1,300 employees active in natural gas transmission and storage and liquefied natural gas terminalling. Through its associated companies across the world, Fluxys operates 28,000 kilometres of pipeline and liquefied natural gas terminals totalling a yearly regasification capacity of 485 TWh.

Fluxys is committed to enabling the transport of CO₂, thereby supporting the capture, utilisation and storage of CO2. In July and October 2025, Fluxys c‑grid was officially designated as the carbon network operator for the Flemish and Walloon regions, respectively. In March 2026, Fluxys c‑grid Antwerp was further appointed as carbon network operator for the Antwerp local cluster.
Demonstrating its concrete commitment to the decarbonisation of the EU economy, Fluxys c‑grid initiated construction of a no‑regret CO2 pipeline in the Port of Antwerp in March 2025.
