About Us
The Carbon Capture and Storage Association (CCSA) is the European trade association accelerating the commercial deployment of Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage (CCUS). With offices in London and Brussels, we work with members, governments and other organisations to ensure CCUS is developed and deployed at the pace and scale necessary to meet net zero goals and deliver sustainable growth across regions and nations.

Our Mission & Vision
Our vision recognises the ultimate goal of progressing CCUS, which is to see its widespread deployment to combat climate change and achieve the Paris Agreement goal of achieving a “climate neutral world by mid-century”.
Our mission focuses on the unique contribution the CCSA is making towards achieving the vision, as the only representative of the whole CCUS value chain active in the UK and EU policy debate. Our focus will continue to be primarily policy and public advocacy, alongside enabling member and stakeholder collaboration on implementation.

What We Do
We produce research, publications, member briefings and important updates – many of which are for members only. We organise over 40+ events a year for members to network and share the latest developments in the industry.
We have more than 20 working groups and forums, where we collaborate with members to ensure that robust regulations, clear policies and technical standards are developed for the CCUS industry. We advocate for our members when we engage with governments and EU institutions.

Our People
We have offices in London and Brussels with just over 20 staff who specialise in CCUS policy and technical expertise, public affairs and advocacy, event management and member services.
We are a not-for-profit company, overseen by an independent President and Board of elected members from organisations operating across Europe.

Jobs at the CCSA
The CCSA has offices in Brussels and London. We are a dynamic and high-performing team and are often recruiting for talented and highly motivated individuals to join our collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Working at the CCSA offers the chance to be a part of the drive for a net zero future, at a pivotal and exciting time for the CCUS industry.
If we have any vacancies we will list them on this page.
